Well, it seems we have a precarious situation in our hands. Lodamun may in fact have withdrawn, but that was not because of JAMS, at least to our understanding. Second, Lodamun continues to operate in the Migrant's Pass. Third, Dorvish intervention seems to have negated the bare minimum influence JAMS seems to have maintained in the first place.

The Yeudi Homeland considers JAMS to be quite ineffective in putting in place a common strategy with Artanians. Thus, we should move forward without it as far as the Yishelhafen Pact is concerned.

After careful consideration and extensive exchange with the Foreign Ministry and the Ministry of Defence, the Dual Republic has evaluated that JAMS has no future. What we have to remember is that aside from the provocations and mistakes from others that we have to reflect on our own performance and execution of the treaty. The most important actors in the framework, meaning us, have maneuvered themselves into a situation of stubborn preemptive aggressivenes. As this status-quo is not compatible with the diplomatic profile of the Dual Republic or, if i may be so bold to assume, the Medinat State we propose to liquidate the framework structures of JAMS and start the paperwork on a new evolutionary stage of security in the pass.

We agree with the dual republic, but we will be less cautious. JAMS has proven to fail as only 2 of its members where actively loyal to it, as usual of the inability of cohesion and a divided Artania it has failed to provail. leave Artania to kill themself and take mathers in own hands, that is our suggestion and reaffirm our support in the dual republics proposal.

As per the agreement signed by participating nations and the membership of said states to the Empire of the Jelbic Peoples I have been assigned as a liaison, Commodore Kamék, part of the command staff of Wrnuke's First Fleet currently deployed in the Migrant's Pass.

The Emperor and Prefect have expressed great concern about recent developments and as such the central government of the Jelbic Empire wishes to be more involved in the operations.

Having consulted with all participants and upon further deliberation involving commercial and trade vehicles from Narikaton and Darnussia, Beiteynu and the Neset, we propose that the Yishelhafen Pact be upgraded into the 3rd Point Federation.

Thus, amending the nature of the pact from an extension of the aforementioned nations to an independent security and trade group, with 3 coordinating points: the 3rd Point Base (N&D) itself, the Octagon (Pontesi) and the Island of Hope (Beiteynu).

Point of order.

First and foremost, to expand the mutual defence pact with Pontesi.

Secondly, to replace the direct association of MSCO/JAMS with broader security cooperation provisos aimed at recognising and welcoming assisting states and supranational formations such as the MSCO, the Jelbic Empire and even an Artanian organisation that may soon rise up towards the collaborative safeguarding of one of the world's most active and precious maritime trading routes, provided of course that these entities recognise the leadership and direct association of the 3rd Point - and by extension Beiteynu, Narikaton and Darnussia, Pontesi and Malivia should the latter be interested in joining the formation in a future date - and thus vow to consult and coordinate with the 3rd Point Federation, lest they be deemed hostile and in violation of the mutual defence pact provisos between Beiteynu, Narikaton and Darnussia and Pontesi.

To that end, the Homeland State will include an exception in its military doctrine of 3 Azharas with an immediate weapons armed stance and tactical deployment should the mutual defence pact clauses be triggered by N&D and/or Pontesi, under the scope of the 3rd Point Federation.

Finally, to include collective trade provisos allowing observer states to partake in the oversight and accountability of military operations and commercial traffic in the region, in order to enhance visibility of regional affairs to relevant global trade routes.
