Monte Primo - From the balcony of the Chastè da Glisch a new face of the nation appeared. Fabien Kilburg-von Schleck, at the age of just 28 years old, has been crowned Prince of Keymon, handing the principality its first true monarch in over a century. Fabien comes from the minor Bergmannsche royal house of Kilburg-von Schleck. He grew up in relative poverty, as his house had been a minor one cast aside by the larger houses in Keymon. During the regency, they grew their wealth and influence, making use of the steady decline of their previous foes. Now, thanks in large part to his mother Odette, Fabien has become the monarch of the principality, being elevated to the position after leaders from all layers of government chose his house to lead the principality. 

The ascension of Fabien to the position of prince comes at a time of great change in Keymon.
