Beluzia to host Luthorian delegation in Cirrane to talk free trade

↳ Beluzian Armed Forces and Presidentual Guard greeting the Luthorian delegation in the nation's capital city

After a lanslide victory of the red-green coalition a month ago, it has been announced the Stonewall would host a full Luthorian delegation consisting of the politicians, including Prime Minister Hector MacGregor, and royals, like Empress Katherine and Prince Consort as a part of the wider Luthorian mission in Beluzia, to discuss "important issues related to both countries", according to the Luthorian government spokesperson.

For about last couple days Luthorian did roam around Beluzia, with Empress Katherine paying visits around the numerous cities and towns, attending a state dinner organised by President Radcliffe and visiting famous Beluzian coastal landscapes alongside both our President, PM and her Luthorian counterpart as well.

Following the extensive "tour" by the Royal Family, it was the part of the official political visit. According to numerous Luthorian and Beluzian news outlets, it has been reported that Luthorians have previously negotiated with outgoing Conservative, and then newly-elected Labour government on the topic of raw minerals deal, specifically uranium deposits for "its own energetic transition from fossil fuels consumption and towards nuclear energy", according to the Luthorian Times newspaper. The same Times reports that the Royal Family "tour" around the Beluzian cities and towns has been a "seduction operation" to buy Beluzian trust before any dealmaking.

Nevertheless, it took both PMs two and a half hours to discuss the raw minerals deal and a new free trade agreement between the two nations to create a strong free trade zone between Cirrane and Fort William. After hours of closed door meeting, Aspalla-Mores and MacGregor came out on a joint press conference. Aspalla-Mores thanked Luthorians for constant support and strong friendship between Beluzia and Luthori, and remains hopeful it will stays so no matter what.

Then both Aspalla-Mores and MacGregor proceeded to talk about the trade agreement and benefits for both nations after the ratification of it. According to the inside sources, and own words by the PM, the free trade agreement will include the mutual lowering of tariffs on materials flowing in-and-out of both nations, especially including uranium export to Luthori. Additionally, mutual businesses investsments, and to help out the Beluzian neighours with their energy transition, either Beluzian businesses or state-owned energy company could invest in the nuclear power plants construction or the entity owning it. And many other smaller points and clauses in the agreement, less interesting for apolitical reader. In the end, Beluzian PM jokingly attacked her counterpart for "buying her trust" with the Empress Katherine "tour" around Beluzia, but still thanked for the visit and promised to visit Luthori back "one day soon".
