Sanctions under the CSF may be imposed against: a. Non-state or state actors that threaten regional security, stability, or economic integrity; b. Organizations or individuals engaging in terrorism, organized crime, corruption, money laundering, or human-trafficking activities affecting the region; c. Entities violating SOMECO trade, customs, or financial regulations; d. Foreign governments undertaking actions contrary to the collectively defined interests of SOMECO.
