The Government of Commaunaute de Kanjor has appointed Auguste de Beauharnais as its Commissioner for the purpose of naming the head of Imperial Command.

I have been authorized by the Governments of Royaume Uni de Lourenne and Communaute de Kanjor to announce that they have both made arrangements with all their military contractors to allow any full member of the Union of Canrille to purchase military supplies and equipment directly from those suppliers without specific permission from those Governments.

The suppliers will keep their Governments informed of sales as they do with all sales.  While this change is in effect as of now, it can be revoked by any supplier or either Government in whole or in part.

As ranking officer assigned to Imperial Command Headquarters in Atyr, Admiral Antoine Suchet has assumed command thereof as Acting Chief of Imperial Command.

In that capacity, Admiral Suchet, after conferring with Imperial Command Staff and the Governments of Canrille, has ordered 2nd Imperial Fleet to the Port of Torges, 4th Imperial Fleet to the Port of Meroix, and 5th Imperial to the Port of Afar for refitting, repair and a little rest. All three will stand ready to put to sea quickly in the event of a threat being discovered.

Also ordered was patrolling for the purpose of avoiding the conflict in Majatra spilling over onto Seleya will be undertaken by the 12 frigates of Task Force 13 and by the 40 AB P - 99 long distance reconnaissance aircraft of Naval Air Wing 50.  Imperial submarine Command will continue patrols operating out of Villebrun -sur-Mer.

Do want to report on some current activity of the Union of Canrille.  Imperial Command has a Commanding General, General Reynard Saxe. Imperial Command Headquarters oversees the 2nd, 4th and 5th Imperial Fleets as well as Imperial Submarine Command. 

The Bank of Canrille is being operated at the moment by the Central Bank of Kanjor whose Managing Director is former Premier Fabrice Courbet.  The interest on investments of the Canrille Bank are covering the current activity and maintenance of 2nd and 4th Imperial Fleets and Imperial Submarine Command which has been sufficient since the war in Alduria to do so. 5th Imperial Fleet expenses are part of the Defense Budget of Royaume Uni de Kanjor.

Ongoing arrangements allow active members of the Union of Canrille to purchase arms and equipment from most military contractors based in Royaume Uni de Lourenne and Royaume Uni de Kanjor.
