Composed of heads of state (monarchs) or their direct representatives. Is the main body to discuss diplomatic affairs and coordinate diplomatic efforts, as well as efforts to support monarchism and member states. It meets in Aikum, which has been designated as the CROWN its diplomatic center.

My fellow representatives, friends, i must express our sincere hapiness with the creation of this organization. The Grand Empire sees it as of vital importance for the safety and prosperity of all monarchists on terra. To start, we will have to appoint a High Representative to serve as our head diplomat and bureaucrat. We would like to hear the thoughts of our Dolgavan friends in who to appoint to the position. Once again, we thank their confidence in this organization and hope for a fruitfull partnership in the future

Additionally, we would like to welcome Kalistan as a member of the CROWN, a most prestigious nation that we see as a great fighter for monarchist values across our world. We also invite them to partake in the decision to appoint a high representative and would love to hear their opinions.

Thank you for welcoming us to this meeting.  His Imperial Majesty expressed a desire to make stronger ties with monarchies around the world, and Kalistan looks forward to seeing what this organization is able to accomplish.  We will defer to our Dolgavan friend before we add anything additional.

I would like to thank our friends in both Deltaria and Kalistan for helping to found this organization. In terms of appointing a High Representative, we hold no opinion in any way on who could take that position. However I personally believe it should obviously be from one of our founding nations. If I may be honest, I think that it should be someone from Deltaria to serve in the position first!

I thank my colleagues for their words and suggestions. In all fairness, we would like to invite Kalistan to put forward a name for our first High Representative, our Empire believes that Kalistan's contributions to the monarchist cause so far warrant such an honour.

While we look forward to the Kalistani suggestion, we would also like to start discussions on the general approach our organization should take in promoting our monarchist cause. Deltaria is of the opinion that we should strictly adhere to our initial pledge of non interventionism, and take a cautious approach in promoting our values. Only when one of our members gets attacked or when monarchist values are clearly endangered or attacked should we move to act. In such instances, we always should act together, after thorough discussions within this order.

We would like to hear your opinions on the matter at hand.

And as we merely breath, our alliance of royal nations expands gradually. Let us all welcome the Kingdom of Great Baeguk to this organization and our order. May our cooperation be fruitfull and bring us closer together

With respect, we would like to nominate this Conference's Convener, Fábián Endre from Deltaria. I would think that the Deltarian representative has probably the best idea about what the main thrust of the CROWN organization should be, as well as an idea of where this could go. We would be very happily be interested in hearing what others say, but we really think that that would be the best way to start on a strong foot.

To add, while we deliberate on who should lead the organization, let me just say that the values espoused by liberals and republicans should be viewed as incompatible with monarchism as a system of government. It is the view held by His Imperial Majesty, that if given the option, the people will always eventually adopt some form of extremism. The people, regardless of how well intentioned they are, are far more susceptible to the siren calls of both communism and fascism that lead them into the shoals and inevitably sink the ship of state. And as we all know, when you give the people something, they will demand more of it.

Soon we will have people who think it is just natural to allow political illiterates to govern the affairs for all people. It is a dangerous trend that we have the ability to stop in its nascence.

We also, however wish to speak of good government. Good government is imperative in the efforts to ensure the continuation of monarchies. All monarchies should adopt a "successor" training program that will highlight the importance of continuity, moderation in reform, and the power of institutions over all things. Our progeny must not come into their Reign unprepared to take up exactly where their predecessors left off. People value stability and predictability. Knowing that the Monarchy will be there generation after generation is what grants our kings and emperors their legitimacy. Meanwhile, having incompetent successors not only endangers the nation, but more importantly the institution of the Monarchy.

I would hope we can use this body to promote good government among our members, rather than just entitled monarchs.
