The situation in Deltaria appears to be growing according to our intelligence and publicly available information. We would like to form a CROWN intervention force, underneath Kafuri leadership, to be prepared to intervene in Deltaria should need arise.

With regard to the proposal from the Kafuri Delege el Hallal, will vote to ABSTAIN on the question. Kalistn recently ended an entirely inconclusive war where we took unacceptable casualties, and literally saw no change in the situation as a result of the war. So there is no appetite in the Empire at the moment for any sort of military intervention. However, should the CROWN decide to form an intervention force to intervene on behalf of the Deltarian Monarchy, Kalistan could offer non-belligerent aid in the form of medical personnel and supplies to free other assets for the fight if such aid is requested. The Government of Kalistan has authorized me to respond in this fashion.

We would be supportive of a coalition to support our fellow CROWN member, we however hope that the situation does not reach that far. We await further comment from the Deltarian CROWN delegation.

Any aid, be it in the form of combatants or material, is welcomed. We do not believe that a nation would need to put "boots on the ground" to be supportive of their allies.

We thank the concerns of the Kafuri delegation when it comes to our domestic situation. Let me assure you that we will be rooting out every oppossition to our sacred monarchy soon. As for this intervention force, what will its mission goals be? As you can imagine, we could use the help of our allies in quelling this unlawfull, foreign instigated rebellion. Deltaria looks positively towards the aid of its allies. But Kafuristan has yet to make its position clear on what goal this force would have.

Can our nation count on the support of its fellow monarchies in this organization?

We refer to our previous response.  In addition, our Emperor, may he rest in peace, just lost his life in a tragic aircraft crash, and our newly named Regent will be caretaking of the Government until the new Empress may be crowned.  The Princess Regent has a more skeptical attitude toward foreign involvement than the late Emperor himself had, and it is likely that the new Caretaker Government which has yet to be named will diverge very far from her views on the subject.  That process will take several years to play out, so, we would encourage the Deltarians to not count on much direct assistance from the Empire of Ananto and Kalistan beyond what has already been offered, until the Empress is crowned.  Our regrets that more can not be put on the table, but non-partisan civilian medical assistance and supplies will likely be the limits of Kalistani involvement for the time being.

Baeguk expresses deep condolences on the passing of His Imperial Highness and shares in sorrow with the Empire of Anato and Kalistan.

In regards to the matter of an intervention in Deltaria, whilst understanding that the gravity of the situation has gotten more grave, the KGB respectfully believe that the situation does not yet make a "boots-on-the-ground" approach for our soldiers appropriate yet, as His Excellency Ammaar el-Hallal so succinctly put it. As of the present, the KGB is willing to send medical personnel and material aid to our Deltarian comrades.

As the Permanent Representative to CROWN from the Majalite Kingdom of Kafuristan I make the following motion for passage of a resolutions:

Resolution 1

SUSPENDS membership of the Grand Empire of Deltaria temporarily;

RECOGNIZES the outbreak of civil war and internal strife within the Grand Empire of Deltaria as major concern for the region and the CROWN organization as a whole;

ACKNOWLEDGES that in the near future, should there be a settlement to the civil war and internal strife, the Grand Empire of Deltaria or successor state should it be a monarchy, will be re-admitted into CROWN.

Resolution 2

ACKNOWLEDGES the Grand Empire of Deltaria and its reigning monarch, Emperor Slavko, have lost the will and mandate of the people and

CREATES the Deltarian CROWN Intervention Force (DCIF) underneath the leadership of Field Marshal, 1st Class Bassam bin Jalal al-Majali of the Kafuri Royal Guard Corps and

WELCOMES all CROWN members to provide forces or material aid to the DCIF for the purpose of 

INTERVENTION on behalf of the nobility of Deltaria that have the will and mandate of the people with immediate effect.
