CultPro reform for Utari Mosi - Replacing Ainu language?

I like the proposals you have drafted. I would personally favour something closer to the first ethnic breakdown because I think there is scope for a country with a Kazakh and Kyrgyz culture in the future. I think a Kyrgyz minority is fine though. I am not sure about the in-game equivalent "Kiraguz" though. I think it might be a bit too similar to the real-life term. 

I know this is a crude way of looking at things but I think Uzbeks should be the larger group because they are a much larger group in the real world. As all three Turkic peoples are predominantly Muslim in real life, I would suggest that the country should be predominantly Ahmadi too. I would specify religious denominations. 

On a minor point, "Ashker" has previously been used as an in-game equivalent for "non-Turkish Turkic". If you think it is worthwhile, you might want to include this and have Uyghur, Uzbek and Kyrgyz as sub-groups. With these suggestions in mind, here is my suggested alternative demographics:

Uzbek = 37%
Uyghur = 35%
Ainu = 12%
Kyrgyz = 9%
Austrian = 5%
Other = 2%

Sunni Islam = 78% 
Catholic Church = 8%
No religion = 7%
Ainu folk religion = 6%
Other = 1%

I think Uzbek being the larger might be a good idea, I think also perhaps we can have a sort've split with the religions. Kafuristan is really the only Abadi (Shia) nation, perhaps making the Uyghur Abadi in lieu of Israist (Sunni) might be a good idea and keep the Uzbek's as Israist.

I don't have any problem with this composition, though if Uzbeks are the bigger group, uUzbek would probably be the offical languager, or be co-official with Uyghur. I like the idea with Ashker, maybe we could use it for Uzbeks and Uyghurs since they are Karluk Turkics, unlike Kyrgiz? As for name, i see your point, and will try to make something more distinct. As for regligion I like Audis idea.

So it seems to me that two main proposals have emerged: The Central Asia proposal and the Uzbek-Uyghur proposal.

Here are the cultural proposals that I have compiled from the debate:

The Central Asia proposal.

Ethnically relatively evenly divided between Uzbeks, Uyghurs and Kyrgyz, with Ainus and Hulstrians as minorities. Religiously, the Uzbeks and Kyrgyz would be Sunni, the Uyghurs Shia, and Christianity would still be relatively strong among the Hulstrians and Ainu.

UTARISTAN

Utaristan is a country based geographically on Hokkaido and the Far East, and ethnically on Central Asia. Utaristan is dominated by three ethnic groups found throughout the country, the Yultuz (Uyghurs), found predominantly in the west, the Ciltay (Kyrgyz) in central Utaristan, and the Minakal (Uzbeks) in the east. In the west, there are minorities of indigenous Utari (Ainu) and Hulstrians (Austrians), remnants of various colonial ventures.

I have chosen Uzbeks as the largest ethnicity in both cases. Islam is split in both cases between Uzbek and Kyrgyz Sunni and Uyghur Shia. In my opinion, the first option would be more divided, with religious and ethnic tensions, while the second would be homogeneous, with the Kyrgyz Turks trying to assimilate the ethnicities.

I think the second makes more sense from a standpoint that both Uyghurs and Uzbeks are Turkic peoples IRL, which so are Kyrgyz. I think the underlying tension can be ethnic and religious between the two groups. The Uzbeks being the larger, Israist group whereas the Uyghurs and the Kyrgyz's are Abadi.
