The Council of Localities for International Cooperation, or CLIC, is an international non-governmental organization which facilitates city twinning and other projects to support the activities of local governments in strengthening international collaboration around the world.
CLIC was founded in 4466 by Dranian Premier Hana Pastora de Santiago and Yingdalan Chief Minister Wei Jianxing.
