Literacy reaches historical levels as it doubled in the last 5 years, poverty and malaria on the decline: a true social miracle

Furthermore, the Imperial Police was also tasked with raiding homes and villages to ensure that every children were enrolled in the school system with homeschooling being outlawed and adults also being dragged to school in order to improve their literacy and writing skills, this radical measure was decried by human rights groups that considered it a violation of the right to be free but those accusations were quickly silenced by the supporters of the regime that consider these radical moves to end illiteracy as necessary for the prosperity of the empire and Vascanians in general since they will finally be able to achieve high living standards without relying on western powers.
