The Great Council of the Empire of the Jelbic Peoples is the central federal parliament of the Jelbic Empire.

In the treaty of the Jelbic Empire it states that the leading Jelbic nations of Wrnuke and Jelbe will both be granted 100 seats, whereas Barmenistan and Pontesi receive 50 seats each. For other member states there is the tertiary level, which means they will receive 25 seats; this is currently (5573) the case for Beiteynu and Narikaton & Darnussia. As such the current iteration of the Great Council consists of 350 seats. Member states are free to fill in their own parties within these fractions.

FOUNDING RULES OF THE GREAT COUNCIL AS PER THE TREATY

(a.) Primary membership shall be granted to the leading Jelbosphere nations of Wrnuke and Jelbe, they shall each be granted 100 seats in the Great Council of the Empire of the Jelbic Peoples.

(b.) Secondary membership shall be granted to the minority states within the Jelbosphere, that being Brmé and Pntesi, who shall be granted 50 seats in the Great Council of the Empire of the Jelbic Peoples.

(c.) Tertiary membership shall be granted to all other states within the Empire of the Jelbic Peoples, every state that is accepted by the Great Council and swears fealty to the Emperor reserves the right to elect or assign 25 members to the Great Council of the Empire of the Jelbic Peoples.

(d.) Membership of the Empire of the Jelbic Peoples is possible for every nation that aligns with the purposes of the Emperor and swears fealty to his position as supreme ruler.

Within the Great Council all member states (and invited observer states) are invited to speak their mind. For now a representative of the Kingdom of Wrnuke will act as the Chair of the Great Council.

Honoured delegates,

As for right now I consider this sacred hall of politics and diplomacy to be opened. I give my eternal thanks to our gracious Emperor Bunjamín for blessing this new building. Long live the Emperor. Long live the Empire.

For now I wish to move forward to a state of questions. The central body of the Great Council has the ambition to hear from every member state about what they need right now to strengthen their state, armed forces, industry, trade, research, whatever it is. It is the purpose of this body to find the things that the member states of the Empire require and to push forwards together.

We await the answers of the representatives of every faction.

We are proud to represent the Yeudi Homeland in this greatest of vehicles. To that end, we'd like to formally notify the Chair that the Beiteynuese Government will be represented with the totality of the 25 seats in the Great Council, directly.

Insofar as the assertiveness is concerned, both military command and the Medinat Dpt. itself in Yishelem have welcomed and will always welcome the additional deterring efforts by the Jelbic Empire. The upcoming 3rd Point Federation will also seek out to serve towards that purpose.

We are happy with this body and are happy to get a voice inhere, we thank the emperor and the empire for this oppurtunity. 

first, we want to invite his grace and the members of the empire to our royal wedding of our Ishkan Aram Arevyan, who will marry Tova Kadiyot on june 3 5563.

second, as the emperor and the empire may already know about the conflict Pontesi has with Istalia, we would like aid for our regular military, as our navy is upgraded thanks to Beiteynu. We can never be sure what this communists will do nor plan too do. This can be with funding for equipment or practical with military excersizes together, also for our elite units the tagaveri.

Thank you to both speakers for taking the floor, I feel that the delegation leader of Wrnuke would like to respond? Yes, mister Kárak, you may have the floor.

I thank the Chair for granting me some further time. It is Wiel's intent to fully support the initiative by the Beiteynuese government for a stronger 3rd Point framework, this has the approval of the cabinet. Which rests the question, is there anything the Kingdom of Wrnuke can do to support the efforts of the Homeland State?

Furthermore, the Ministry of Defence has drafted a support package for the Kingdom of Pnte. We are ready to transfer two offshore patrol vessels of the relatively modern Konzknstat-class to the hands of the Pntek Navy. The Minister feels that such vessels should be perfect for a growing and learning navy while also providing Pnte with the means to adequately patrol its North-Eastern shores of the Empire. The package also includes a financial donation to modernization efforts, further deployment of advisors from Wrnuke and the offer for closer cooperation with the RSB and the Ministry of Defence's military intelligence section.

And.. [he shuffles through some notes] I do believe, yes there it is, before his departure the Emperor personally handed me a note saying he will be present at the wedding of mister Arevyan and miss Kadiyot.

The Yeudi Homeland is looking to replenish and extend its flotillas of nuclear powered submarines. We usually contract Lingmarks Defense Corporation from Luthori, especially for the Hofesh Fleet in Rishon Le Hofesh.

Although the USSB 54, a Narik and Darnussian marvel by Passschiffe Bau AG and Beir Leshet has sufficed, it is conventionally powered.
