Finance Minister Fabrice Courbet, Communaute de Kanjor: 

We do think the representative from Mordusia raises a point that should be discussed; whether government subsidies should trigger an exception to free trade.  Communaute de Kanjor does not think it should but would certainly accommodate a change in the SEC policy if that is what others want.

What of Likatonia?  It appears to us Likatonia is a member in good standing of the SEC and the reasons to have changed that staus have evaporated.
