Presidential statement on the civil war in Solentia
Quote:Dear citizens of Kalopikí Dimokratía,
I stand before you all today to express my deep concern about the Civil War in Solentia that has begun.
I am scared.
The government and I have been closely monitoring the situation in Solentia, and I must confess that we are truly worried about our fellow Kalopians living there. We are concerned for their future, and, of course, for the future of Solentia itself. This situation is very critical.
Because of this, I am announcing today that Kalopikí Dimokratía will close its borders with Solentia in three days. We cannot risk the same tragedy we witnessed in Jakania, where thousands of Kalopians were victims of genocide. This decision is made with great sadness. However, we will find ways to accept refugees from Solentia who are in danger so please... don't worry. We will provide them with the safety and protection they deserve, as we cannot stand by and watch others suffer.
World Congress
Despite this measure, let me be clear: Kalopikí Dimokratía will always remain a place of refuge. We are not closing our doors to those in need, but we must protect our citizens and our nation.
Furthermore, I call on the leaders of both sides in Solentia to visit Kalopia so that we can sit down and discuss how to end this conflict. We must find a peaceful solution, and Kalopia is ready to help in any way it can. We have always been a mediator of peace, and we will continue to work towards that goal.
I swear to you all, no war shall break out again. We cannot allow history to repeat itself. We will do everything in our power to ensure that peace will win!!
Thank you.

Kalopian Union for Global Peace urges the government to intervene in Solentia.
Earlier this day, the independent organization for the protection of humanity, Kalopian Union for Global Peace (KUGP), announced that with the approval of the central government, they will create a safe passage for all refugees seeking to flee to Kalopia and beyond. In addition to this, the KUGP warns the government that the situation in Solentia will be developed into a bloody tragedy if Kalopia does not intervene. The Kalopian Union for Global Peace does not want the government to declare war, but instead urges them to focus on ending the conflict in Solentia through peaceful means. The KUGP believes that military action will only lead to more suffering and destruction and that dialogue and negotiation are the only solutios. They call on the government to use its influence to bring both sides of the conflict together and find a way to stop the violence without further bloodshed.
The fear is undeniable in the eyes of all Kalopians, as they recall the dark times of the Jakanian Civil War. Because of this, many Kalopians are protesting, demanding the government to take immediate action to intervene in Solentia and protect the unarmed civilians.
Furthermore, the executive team of the Kalopian Union for Global Peace has called on both sides of the civil war in Solentia to visit Kalopia and engage in discussions about possible ways to end the conflict.

THE KALOPIAN HERALD
Kalopia’s Green Revolution - A Bold Step Toward Economic Transformation
In a landmark decision that could reshape Kalopia’s economic and environmental future, President Blerta Rexhepi, the newly elected leader from the Libertarian Party, has declared the establishment of Kalopian Electric Vehicles (KEV) as a National Priority Project. This ambitious initiative, which aims to position Kalopia as a leader in the global electric vehicle (EV) industry, is a testament to the country’s commitment to economic diversification, green technology, and international collaboration.
The decision, announced on January 15, 5591, comes on the heels of a series of trade treaties ratified with key international partners. These agreements secured the annual import of 960,000 tons of bauxite—split equally between the Republic of Zardujo and the Communauté de Kanjor—and 1,000 tons of lithium from Jelbék H’ánknstat. These resources, combined with the visionary proposal from the Kalopian Development Agency (KDA), have laid the foundation for a vertically integrated EV production chain that will transform Kalopia into a hub for green innovation.
A Vision Rooted in Collaboration
The seeds of this transformative project were planted through diplomacy. The trade treaties with Zardujo, Kanjor, and Jelbék H’ánknstat were ratified with the explicit goal of securing the raw materials necessary to fuel Kalopia’s industrial ambitions. These agreements represent more than just economic transactions; they are a testament to Kalopia’s ability to forge meaningful partnerships in a world increasingly defined by competition for critical resources.
The Kalopian Development Agency, tasked with crafting a strategic plan for the nation’s economic future, seized this opportunity to propose the establishment of KEV. Their comprehensive plan outlined a production chain that begins with refining imported bauxite into alumina, smelting alumina into aluminum, and processing lithium into battery-grade materials. These components will then be used to manufacture lithium-ion batteries and assemble electric vehicles.
The numbers are staggering: KEV is expected to produce 106,250 electric vehicles annually, creating thousands of jobs and generating significant export revenue. By leveraging its imports, Kalopia will not only meet domestic demand for EVs but also position itself as a key supplier in the global transition to sustainable transportation.
President Rexhepi’s Bold Leadership
President Blerta Rexhepi’s decision to prioritize KEV as a national project is a defining moment in her young presidency. Elected on a platform of economic liberalization and innovation, Rexhepi has wasted no time in demonstrating her commitment to Kalopia’s future. Her leadership in fast-tracking this initiative reflects a pragmatic understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the nation.
By declaring KEV a national priority, President Rexhepi has ensured that the project will receive the necessary funding, permits, and government support to meet its ambitious timeline. Construction of KEV’s facilities—including an alumina refinery, aluminum smelting plant, lithium refining plant, battery manufacturing plant, and EV assembly plant—will begin this year, with production slated to start in January 5593.
Rexhepi’s decision also underscores her commitment to international partnerships. By promoting collaboration with foreign governments and companies, she aims to attract investment, secure export markets, and bring expertise to KEV. This approach not only strengthens Kalopia’s position on the global stage but also ensures that the project benefits from the latest technological advancements.
A New Era for Kalopia
The establishment of KEV marks the beginning of a new era for Kalopia. For decades, the nation’s economy has relied heavily on raw material exports, leaving it vulnerable to fluctuations in global commodity prices. KEV represents a shift toward value-added production, where raw materials are transformed into high-value products that generate jobs, revenue, and economic resilience.
The project also positions Kalopia as a leader in the fight against climate change. By producing electric vehicles, KEV will contribute to the global transition away from fossil fuels and toward renewable energy. This aligns with Kalopia’s broader environmental goals and enhances its reputation as a forward-thinking nation committed to sustainability.
Challenges Ahead
While the potential benefits of KEV are immense, the road ahead is not without challenges. The construction of five integrated production facilities within two years will require meticulous planning, efficient execution, and significant financial investment. Ensuring a stable supply of raw materials from international partners will also be critical, as will the development of renewable energy infrastructure to power KEV’s operations sustainably.
Moreover, Kalopia must navigate the complexities of the global EV market, where competition is fierce, and technological innovation is relentless. Success will depend on the ability to produce high-quality vehicles at competitive prices while meeting the evolving demands of consumers and regulators.
A National Project Worth Supporting
Despite these challenges, the establishment of KEV is a bold and necessary step for Kalopia. It reflects a nation willing to take risks, embrace innovation, and invest in its future. President Rexhepi’s leadership, combined with the groundwork laid by the KDA and the support of international partners, provides a strong foundation for success.
As construction begins and the vision of KEV takes shape, Kalopians can take pride in a project that embodies the best of their nation: ambition, ingenuity, and a commitment to a better tomorrow. The road to January 5593, when KEV begins production, will be watched closely—not just by Kalopians, but by the world.
Kalopia is on the cusp of a green revolution, and KEV is its engine.

Official Statement by President Madam Blerta Rexhepi on Kalopia’s Limited Military Intervention in Solentia
Date: November 10, 5592
Fellow Citizens of Kalopia, Esteemed Members of the International Community,
Today, I address you with a solemn sense of duty and resolve. The Fourth Solentian Civil War has plunged our neighboring country into chaos, threatening not only the lives of countless civilians but also the stability of our region. Kalopia cannot and will not stand idly by as violence, extremism, and suffering escalate on our borders.
After careful deliberation and consultation with the High State Council, I announce that Kalopia will undertake a Limited Military Intervention in Solentia. This decision reflects our unwavering commitment to safeguarding regional stability, protecting innocent lives, and upholding the principles of peace and security.
This critical undertaking will be led by the newly established Special Directorate for Solentia (SDS), which will oversee all aspects of the intervention. The SDS will ensure that our actions are precise, coordinated, and effective.
- General Director: Vice-President Madam Melis Sahin will lead the SDS, ensuring strategic oversight and inter-agency coordination.
- Military Sector Sub-Director: Minister of Defense Theodoros Dervishi will oversee all military operations.
- Civilian Sector Sub-Director: Minister of Internal Affairs Herolinda Jakupi will manage humanitarian and civilian-focused efforts.
As for Diplomatic Leadership, I, as President, alongside Minister of Foreign Affairs Ilir Bajrami, will lead Kalopia’s diplomatic efforts to secure international support and mediate a long-term resolution to the conflict.
The intervention will be carried out with the utmost precision and care, guided by the following actions and objectives:
1. Creation of the Solentia Security Soldiers (SSS) - {November 5592}
A special military unit, the Solentia Security Soldiers (SSS), will be established to lead the intervention. This elite unit will include:
- Current forces deployed in the Ripolis and Rozathos districts.
- Reinforcements from Eleopolis, Ora, Ishkopol, and Zanto.
Also, additional regular forces from Dodona, Justiniana, and DariSadija, will reinforce border security in the Malahat and Kursijat districts.
2. Deployment of SSS Command and Air Operations - {December 5592}
- SSS Command (SSS-C) and SSS Air (SSS-A) will be based at the Military Airport in Rozathos, which will serve as the operational hub for air interventions.
- Air interventions will be carried out as necessary to protect civilians and maintain the balance of military power on the ground.
3. Ground Operations {starting on December 20, 5592}
- SSS Land Prima (SSS-L1) will be deployed in the Ripolis district and will launch its initial intervention in the city of Bianca.
- SSS Land Secunda (SSS-L2) will be deployed in the Rozathos district and will launch its initial intervention in the city of Mostates.
4. Strategic Occupation of Key Cities {starting on December 20, 5592}
Kalopia will secure and stabilize the following key cities in Solentia:
- Oda (the capital)
- Bianca
- Mostates
- Mosri Mararus
- Guanon
This strategic occupation aims to restore order, protect civilians, and create conditions for a peaceful resolution to the conflict.
5. Establishment of a No-Fly Zone {December 20, 5592 until further notice}
A No-Fly Zone will be enforced across the entire territory of Solentia. This measure will prevent the use of air power by any party to the conflict and ensure the safety of civilians and humanitarian operations.
6. Air Strikes for Civilian Protection {starting on December 20, 5592}
Air strikes will be conducted against any party to the conflict if necessary to:
- Protect civilian populations.
- Maintain the balance of military power on the ground.
- Prevent the escalation of violence.
7. Creation of a Safe Zone {January 5592}
A Safe Zone will be established within Solentian territory, along the Kalopian-Solentian border (road to Mostates). This zone will:
- Provide shelter for civilians fleeing the conflict.
- Facilitate the delivery of humanitarian aid.
- Serve as a secure area for international relief efforts.
********
While Kalopia takes decisive military action, we remain steadfast in our commitment to diplomacy. Our intervention is not an act of aggression but a mission to restore peace and stability. To this end:
- I, alongside Minister of Foreign Affairs Ilir Bajrami, will lead diplomatic efforts to engage all parties to the conflict and regional stakeholders.
- Kalopia will work tirelessly to mediate a ceasefire and lay the groundwork for a long-term political solution in Solentia.
- We call on the international community to support our efforts and join us in addressing the humanitarian crisis.
Let me be clear: Kalopia’s intervention is guided by the principles of humanity, justice, and peace. Our actions are not aimed at domination or interference but at protecting the innocent, stabilizing our region, and preventing further bloodshed.
We will act with precision, restraint, and respect for international law. We will prioritize the safety of civilians and the delivery of humanitarian aid. And we will work tirelessly to ensure that Solentia emerges from this dark chapter stronger, united, and at peace.
To the people of Kalopia, I ask for your support and understanding as we undertake this critical mission. To the international community, I urge you to stand with us in our efforts to restore peace and stability in Solentia. And to the people of Solentia, know that Kalopia stands with you in your time of need.
May God protect people of Solentia, protect our brave soldiers, and bless this undertake.
Blerta Rexhepi
President of Kalopia

Kalopian Forces Advance in Solentia
Safe Zone established
One month into Kalopia’s limited military intervention in Solentia, the Solentia Security Soldiers (SSS) have made significant progress in their mission to stabilize the war-torn nation. The offensive, which began on January 20, 5593, has seen Kalopian forces advance steadily while maintaining a focus on civilian protection and regional stability. However, the intervention has been overshadowed by a series of terrorist attacks carried out by the Ahmadi State in Kalopia’s Wantuni region, underscoring the broader security challenges facing the nation.
Bianca Secured, Oda in Sight
The **SSS Land Prima (SSS-L1)**, operating in the Ripolis Border Sector, has achieved a major milestone by capturing the city of **Bianca** without encountering any resistance. The city, a key strategic location near the Kalopian-Solentian border, was secured swiftly, allowing SSS-L1 to continue its advance toward the Solentian capital, **Oda**.
Military analysts suggest that the lack of resistance in Bianca may indicate a tactical withdrawal by Solentian forces or a breakdown in their ability to defend key territories. As SSS-L1 moves closer to Oda, the Kalopian Armed Forces are reportedly preparing for a more complex operation, given the symbolic and strategic importance of the capital.
Careful Progress Near Mostates
Meanwhile, **SSS Land Secunda (SSS-L2)**, operating in the Rozathos Border Sector, has reached the outskirts of **Mostates**. The mechanized infantry and armored units are advancing cautiously through the city’s suburbs, prioritizing the safety of civilians and minimizing collateral damage.
Mostates, a city with a history of sectarian tensions, is expected to pose logistical and tactical challenges for Kalopian forces. However, the methodical approach of SSS-L2 reflects Kalopia’s commitment to precision and restraint in its operations.
---
One of the intervention’s key humanitarian objectives has already been realized with the establishment of a **Safe Zone** within Solentian territory, along the road to Mostates. The Safe Zone, managed by Kalopian forces, has begun receiving its first wave of refugees fleeing the conflict.
Reports from the Safe Zone indicate that displaced civilians are being provided with food, medical care, and temporary shelter. International humanitarian organizations have praised Kalopia’s efforts to create a secure environment for those affected by the civil war.
The **No-Fly Zone**, implemented across the entirety of Solentian airspace by the **SSS Air Command (SSS-A)**, remains in effect. While no aircraft attacks have been necessary so far, the enforcement of the No-Fly Zone has successfully grounded all hostile air activity, ensuring the safety of civilians and Kalopian forces on the ground.
Military officials have confirmed that airstrikes will only be conducted if required to protect civilians or maintain the balance of power on the ground. The presence of Kalopian fighter aircraft, attack helicopters, and drones has served as a strong deterrent to any potential escalation.
Ahmadi State Strikes Kalopia’s Kursijat District
While Kalopian forces advance in Solentia, the nation has been rocked by a series of **terrorist attacks** carried out by the **Ahmadi State** in the **Kursijat district** of the Wantuni region. The attacks, which targeted civilian areas, have claimed the lives of **53 innocent civilians** and left dozens more injured.
The Ahmadi State, a radical extremist group, appears to be retaliating against Kalopia’s intervention in Solentia by targeting vulnerable communities within Kalopian territory. Security forces in the Wantuni region have been placed on high alert, and counterterrorism operations are reportedly underway to dismantle the group’s networks.
President Madam Blerta Rexhepi condemned the attacks in a statement, calling them “an act of cowardice and barbarism” and vowing to bring the perpetrators to justice. “The Ahmadi State’s actions will not deter us from our mission to restore peace and stability in Solentia,” she said.
---
Kalopia’s intervention has also garnered international support. In a letter addressed to President Rexhepi, the **Commonwealth of Lodamun** expressed its recognition of the importance of Kalopia’s mission and its willingness to coordinate efforts in Solentia.
The letter, signed by **Phineas Gorley**, Associate Secretary of Defence for Majatra, reads:
*"Recognising that both our nations have underscored the threat the instability in Solentia poses to wider global security and also recognise your nation's stated intentions for a limited military intervention into the nation, we the Commonwealth of Lodamun recognise the importance of maintaining clear lines of communication and cooperation between like-minded nations and would be willing to work alongside the Kalopian Armed Forces in coordinating the movement of our respective forces/missions in Solentia such that our objectives (the creation of a stable state in Solentia and the defeat of ASIM and extremism) can be achieved."*
This diplomatic overture highlights the growing recognition of Kalopia’s leadership in addressing the crisis in Solentia and the potential for broader international cooperation.
As the intervention progresses, Kalopia faces both opportunities and challenges. The swift capture of Bianca and the establishment of the Safe Zone are significant achievements, but the road to Oda and the stabilization of Mostates will likely test the resolve and capabilities of the SSS.
At the same time, the Ahmadi State’s attacks in Kursijat underscore the broader security risks associated with the intervention. Kalopia must now balance its efforts in Solentia with the need to protect its own citizens from extremist violence.
President Blerta Rexhepi has reiterated Kalopia’s commitment to its stated objectives: restoring order, protecting civilians, and creating conditions for a peaceful resolution to the conflict. With the support of the international community and the disciplined execution of its military and humanitarian strategies, Kalopia aims to bring stability to a nation long plagued by violence and extremism.
For now, the people of Solentia and Kalopia alike can find hope in the steady progress of Kalopian forces and the promise of a brighter future.

Kalopian Forces Push Deeper into Solentia
Airstrikes Target Ahmadi State
Kalopia’s military intervention in Solentia has entered a decisive phase, with significant advances on the ground and the commencement of heavy airstrikes against Ahmadi State positions. The Solentia Security Soldiers (SSS) continue to make progress toward their objectives, while Kalopia’s diplomatic efforts to secure international cooperation have also gained momentum.
SSS-L2 Captures Mostates, Advances Toward Mosri Mararus
The **SSS Land Secunda (SSS-L2)**, operating in the Rozathos Border Sector, has successfully captured the city of **Mostates**, a key urban center in Solentia. The operation, conducted with precision and minimal civilian casualties, marks another milestone in Kalopia’s mission to stabilize the region.
Following the capture of Mostates, SSS-L2 has begun advancing toward **Mosri Mararus**, a city of strategic importance in the central region of Solentia. Military officials have indicated that the advance is proceeding cautiously, with a focus on securing supply lines and ensuring the safety of civilians in the area.
SSS-L1 Nears Solentian Capital Oda
Meanwhile, the **SSS Land Prima (SSS-L1)**, operating in the Ripolis Border Sector, is now just **38 kilometers** from the Solentian capital, **Oda**. The proximity of Kalopian forces to the capital has raised expectations of an imminent operation to secure the city, which is both the political and symbolic heart of Solentia.
Military analysts suggest that the capture of Oda would represent a turning point in the intervention, potentially paving the way for broader stabilization efforts and a political resolution to the conflict.
Heavy Airstrikes Target Ahmadi State Near Oda
In response to recent terrorist attacks by the **Ahmadi State**, Kalopia has launched **heavy airstrikes** against the extremist group’s positions near Oda. The attacks, carried out by the **SSS Air Command (SSS-A)**, are aimed at neutralizing the group’s operational capabilities and protecting civilians in the region.
The airstrikes come after a series of terrorist attacks orchestrated by the Ahmadi State, including a devastating assault in Kalopia’s **Kursijat district** in the Wantuni region, which claimed the lives of **53 civilians**. President Madam Blerta Rexhepi condemned the attacks as “barbaric acts of cowardice” and vowed to intensify efforts to dismantle the extremist group.
Military officials have confirmed that the airstrikes are being conducted with precision to minimize collateral damage, targeting key Ahmadi State infrastructure and leadership positions.
Diplomatic Support from Lodamun
As Kalopia’s forces advance in Solentia, the government has received a significant show of support from the **Commonwealth of Lodamun**. In a letter addressed to President Rexhepi, **Phineas Gorley**, Associate Secretary of Defence for Majatra, expressed Lodamun’s recognition of Kalopia’s mission and its willingness to coordinate efforts in Solentia.
The letter reads:
*"Recognising that both our nations have underscored the threat the instability in Solentia poses to wider global security and also recognise your nation's stated intentions for a limited military intervention into the nation, we the Commonwealth of Lodamun recognise the importance of maintaining clear lines of communication and cooperation between like-minded nations and would be willing to work alongside the Kalopian Armed Forces in coordinating the movement of our respective forces/missions in Solentia such that our objectives (the creation of a stable state in Solentia and the defeat of ASIM and extremism) can be achieved."*
In response, **Ilir Bajrami**, Kalopia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, welcomed Lodamun’s support and proposed concrete steps for collaboration. His official statement reads:
*"Kalopia deeply values the Commonwealth of Lodamun as a like-minded partner in the pursuit of regional and global security. Your willingness to coordinate efforts with the Kalopian Armed Forces in Solentia is a testament to the strength of our shared commitment to defeating extremism and fostering a stable and peaceful Solentia."*
*"To facilitate this collaboration, I propose the establishment of a joint coordination mechanism, the exchange of actionable intelligence, and the alignment of humanitarian and diplomatic efforts. Together, we can address the challenges posed by the Solentian conflict and work toward a future of peace, stability, and security for the region."*
This exchange highlights the growing international recognition of Kalopia’s leadership in addressing the Solentian crisis and the potential for broader cooperation with allied nations.
---
As Kalopia’s intervention progresses, the focus now shifts to the impending operation to secure Oda and the continued advance toward Mosri Mararus. The combination of ground operations and targeted airstrikes is expected to intensify in the coming weeks, as Kalopia seeks to dismantle extremist networks and stabilize key regions of Solentia.
At the same time, the government faces the dual challenge of addressing domestic security threats posed by the Ahmadi State while maintaining its commitment to the humanitarian and diplomatic dimensions of the intervention.
President Rexhepi has reiterated Kalopia’s resolve to see the mission through, emphasizing that the intervention is guided by the principles of justice, humanity, and peace. With the support of the international community and the disciplined execution of its military and humanitarian strategies, Kalopia remains steadfast in its goal of bringing stability to Solentia and protecting the region from the scourge of extremism.

Kalopia’s Intervention in Solentia Intensifies
More than milion refugees on Safe Zone
Kalopia’s military intervention in Solentia has entered a critical phase, with significant developments on both the battlefield and the humanitarian front. Over the past month, the Solentia Security Soldiers (SSS) have made substantial territorial gains, while the Kalopian government has ramped up efforts to address the growing humanitarian crisis in the region.
On March 8, 5593, reinforcements from the Synorchia and Karanija districts arrived to bolster the advancing forces of SSS-L1 and SSS-L2. These additional troops have strengthened Kalopia’s operational capacity as the offensive pushes deeper into Solentian territory.
Simultaneously, the SSS Air Command (SSS-A) deployed more fighter aircraft and drones to support ground operations, ensuring air superiority and enhancing the precision of strikes against extremist positions.
On March 12, 5593, Kalopian naval vessels delivered critical humanitarian aid to MKG-held port cities in South Solentia, including Canneante, Caodo, and Frithern. The supplies, which included food, medical equipment, and other essential goods, were aimed at alleviating the suffering of civilians in areas controlled by the Majatran Kalopian Group (MKG).
This marks a significant step in Kalopia’s commitment to addressing the humanitarian crisis in Solentia, even as military operations continue.
On March 13, 5593, the SSS Land Secunda (SSS-L2) advanced to within 3 kilometers of the city of Mosri Mararus after crossing two rivers. The operation, however, came at a cost, with heavy casualties reported due to fierce resistance from local forces and the challenging terrain.
Despite these setbacks, SSS-L2 has maintained its momentum, preparing for the next phase of operations to secure the city.
On March 15, 5593, the SSS Air Command (SSS-A) launched heavy airstrikes against Jaysh Ahmadi positions in key Solentian cities, including Mosri Mararus, Oda, Guanon, Manrana, and Igy.
The strikes, carried out by fighter aircraft, drones, and attack helicopters, targeted extremist strongholds, supply lines, and command centers. Military officials have confirmed that the airstrikes were conducted with precision to minimize civilian casualties while disrupting the operational capabilities of the Ahmadi State and its affiliates.
On March 17, 5593, the SSS Land Secunda (SSS-L2) successfully entered the city of Mosri Mararus after overcoming significant resistance. The capture of this strategic city marks another milestone in Kalopia’s intervention, as SSS-L2 now prepares to advance toward Guanon.
On the same day, SSS-A transport aircraft conducted humanitarian aid drops over cities held by the Eastern Alliance and Abadi Militia, including Bovatho, Slandsce, Gistra, Agania, and Lebonma. These efforts provided critical relief to civilians trapped in contested areas, demonstrating Kalopia’s dual focus on military and humanitarian objectives.
On March 22, 5593, the SSS Land Prima (SSS-L1) surrounded the Solentian capital, Oda, with soldiers from the 107 Special Operations Battalion entering the city’s suburbs. While some suburbs have offered heavy resistance, others have welcomed Kalopian troops as liberators.
The encirclement of Oda marks a pivotal moment in the intervention, as Kalopian forces prepare for a potential operation to secure the capital. Meanwhile, SSS-L2 continues its advance toward the city of Guanon, securing key positions along the way.
The humanitarian crisis also continues to escalate, with the number of refugees sheltered in the Mostates Safe Zone reaching 1.2 million as of March 23, 5593. The Safe Zone, established by SSS-L2, has become a vital lifeline for displaced civilians fleeing the conflict.

We Stand By the People of Solentia
Official Statement by President Madam Blerta Rexhepi
Date: March 27, 5593
Fellow Citizens of Kalopia, People of Solentia, and Esteemed Members of the International Community,
Today, I address you at a pivotal moment in Kalopia’s mission to restore peace and stability in Solentia. Over the past two months, our brave soldiers, humanitarian workers, and government officials have worked tirelessly to fulfill our commitment to protecting innocent lives, combating extremism, and creating the conditions for a peaceful resolution to the Solentian conflict.
The progress we have made is undeniable. The Solentia Security Soldiers (SSS) have advanced steadily, securing key cities such as Bianca, Mostates, and Mosri Mararus. Our forces now surround the Solentian capital, Oda, where we are working to liberate its people from the grip of chaos and violence. At the same time, we have established a Safe Zone near Mostates, which now shelters over 1.2 million displaced civilians, providing them with safety, food, and medical care.
However, we must not lose sight of the immense human cost of this conflict. The Ahmadi State’s terrorist attacks in Kalopia’s Kursijat district, which claimed the lives of 53 innocent civilians, and the suffering of millions of Solentians who have lost their homes, livelihoods, and loved ones, remind us of the gravity of the situation.
To the people of Solentia, I want you to know that Kalopia stands with you. We are not here as occupiers but as protectors. Our intervention is guided by the principles of humanity, justice, and peace. We are committed to ensuring that your cities, your homes, and your lives are restored to safety and dignity.
To the international community, I reaffirm Kalopia’s readiness to shoulder its share of responsibility in addressing the humanitarian crisis. Today, I announce that Kalopia will accept up to 400,000 emigrants from Solentia—those who have lost their homes and have no place to return to. These individuals will be welcomed into Kalopia with compassion and care, and we will work to provide them with shelter, education, and opportunities to rebuild their lives.
This is not just a Kalopian effort. I call upon the international community to join us in addressing the humanitarian needs of the Solentian people. Together, we can ensure that no one is left behind in this time of crisis.
To the people of Kalopia, I ask for your continued support and understanding as we undertake this critical mission. Our soldiers have made great sacrifices, with 622 of our brave men and women giving their lives in the line of duty. Let us honor their memory by standing united in our resolve to bring peace to Solentia and security to our region.
To the people of Solentia, know that Kalopia’s actions are not driven by conquest or domination but by a deep commitment to your safety and well-being. We will continue to fight against the forces of extremism and violence that have brought so much suffering to your nation. And we will not rest until Solentia is free from the shadows of war and division.
Finally, to the international community, I urge you to stand with us in this endeavor. The crisis in Solentia is not just a regional issue; it is a global challenge that requires collective action. Let us work together to restore peace, stability, and hope to a nation that has endured far too much pain.
May God bless the people of Solentia, protect our soldiers, and guide us in our mission to bring peace and justice to our region.
Blerta Rexhepi
President of Kalopia

Kalopia secures Solentian capital city
Ground Operations concluded
Over the past month, Kalopia’s intervention in Solentia has reached a decisive phase, marked by significant military victories, humanitarian efforts, and the first steps toward political stabilization. From the liberation of key cities to the establishment of a temporary administration in the Solentian capital, Oda, Kalopia’s mission has demonstrated both its military precision and its commitment to peace.
On March 24, 5593, the SSS Air Command (SSS-A) launched a three-day campaign of heavy airstrikes targeting Jaysh Ahmadi and Ahmadi State positions in the districts of Oda and Guanon. The strikes, involving fighter aircraft, drones, and attack helicopters, aimed to weaken extremist strongholds and pave the way for ground operations. The air campaign was a critical step in dismantling the operational capabilities of extremist groups, allowing Kalopian forces to advance with greater efficiency.
On March 27, 5593, President Blerta Rexhepi addressed the people of Kalopia and Solentia, as well as the international community, in a landmark speech. She expressed Kalopia’s readiness to accept up to 400,000 emigrants from Solentia, primarily those who have lost their homes due to the ongoing conflict. “Kalopia stands ready to shoulder its share of responsibility in addressing the humanitarian crisis,” President Rexhepi declared. “These individuals will be welcomed into Kalopia with compassion and care, and we will work to provide them with shelter, education, and opportunities to rebuild their lives.” This announcement has been widely praised by humanitarian organizations and international observers as a demonstration of Kalopia’s commitment to the people of Solentia.
On March 30, 5593, the SSS Land Secunda (SSS-L2) surrounded the city of Guanon, with the 207 Special Operations Brigade entering its suburbs. The battle for Guanon was fierce, with heavy casualties reported on both sides as Kalopian forces faced determined resistance. On April 7, 5593, the SSS-A carried out heavy airstrikes on the remaining pockets of resistance in Guanon, facilitating the entry of SSS-L2 into the city. The following day, April 8, 5593, SSS-L2 entered Guanon victoriously, marking another significant milestone in the intervention.
Meanwhile, in the Solentian capital, Oda, the SSS Land Prima (SSS-L1) secured all suburbs of the city by April 3, 5593. In a communiqué distributed by air throughout the capital, the SSS Command (SSS-C) declared a 10-day ceasefire, calling on armed groups to withdraw from the city via an eastern corridor. The communiqué guaranteed safe passage for those who chose to leave. On April 15, 5593, following the 12-day withdrawal of armed resistance units, SSS-L1 entered Oda. By the afternoon, the 107th Special Operations Battalion had secured all government buildings and the state radio and television facility, declaring Oda cleared of terrorists. A curfew was imposed from 9:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. to restore order in the city.
On April 16, 5593, the SSS-C established its main command center in Oda and announced the end of ground operations. Existing units were reorganized to focus on self-defense and maintaining order. A temporary administration, led by the Provisional Council, was formed. The council includes representatives from occupied cities, the SSS-C, and the Special Directorate for Solentia (SDS).
The following day, April 17, 5593, the SDS opened its secretariat in the former Ministry of Foreign Affairs building in Oda, becoming the highest civilian body responsible for mediating between parties and restoring state legitimacy in Solentia. The SDS called on all parties to cease hostilities and send permanent representatives to begin initial negotiations. For security reasons, the SDS announced that the final agreement would be discussed at the government building at the Military Airport in Rozathos, Kalopia.

Kalopia Faces Mounting Challenges in Solentia
Protests, Civilian Casualties, and Growing Resistance
Eight months into Kalopia’s military intervention in Solentia, the situation on the ground remains fraught with challenges. While Kalopia has declared its ground offensive "concluded" and has taken steps to establish a temporary administration in the Solentian capital of Oda, the intervention has sparked widespread unrest, mounting civilian casualties, and a growing coalition of resistance forces within Solentia.
In the midst of this turmoil, diplomatic exchanges between Kalopia and the Kingdom of Great Baeguk have highlighted the complexities of the intervention. On April 18, 5593, Kalopia’s Foreign Minister Ilir Bajrami responded to a letter from the Kingdom of Great Baeguk, which had offered to send a contingent force to assist in the intervention. The exchange underscores both the international dimension of the conflict and the challenges of maintaining legitimacy in the eyes of the Solentian people.
Great Baeguk comes to help
In a letter addressed to President Blerta Rexhepi, the Kingdom of Great Baeguk expressed its desire to assist Kalopia in its intervention against radical terror. The letter, signed by Baeguk’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Buyeo Sarang, proposed sending a contingent force of 450 personnel, known as the Nuribom Unit (누리봄部隊). The unit would serve as an auxiliary peacekeeping and humanitarian force, providing medical care, while also including offensive elements such as a battalion of the Hwarang Corps, Baeguk’s elite special forces.
The letter read:
"The Royal Army of Baeguk is requesting approval to send a contingent force of 450, the Nuribom Unit, to assist the Kalopian limited military action in Solentia. The Nuribom Unit is intended to serve as an auxiliary peacekeeping and humanitarian force to provide medical care. However, it will include one battalion of the Hwarang Corps, Baeguk's special forces, alongside other offensive elements to participate in warfare."
In his response, Foreign Minister Ilir Bajrami welcomed the offer, emphasizing Kalopia’s appreciation for Baeguk’s support. However, Bajrami requested detailed information regarding the composition of the contingent force, including all units and military technology to be deployed. He also asked Baeguk to send a representative to the Special Directorate for Solentia (SDS), the civilian body overseeing the restoration of state legitimacy in Solentia. Bajrami stressed that Baeguk’s forces would need to operate under the SDS command structure to ensure coordination and alignment with Kalopia’s broader objectives.
Protests and Civilian Casualties Erode Kalopia’s Legitimacy
Despite diplomatic overtures, the situation within Solentia has grown increasingly volatile. Following Kalopia’s declaration of the conclusion of ground operations in April 5593, mass protests erupted in cities occupied by Kalopian forces. Effigies of President Blerta Rexhepi were paraded through the streets, beaten, and burned, symbolizing the deep resentment many Solentians feel toward the intervention.
Solentian newspapers have been scathing in their criticism of Kalopia, accusing its forces of causing widespread destruction and civilian casualties. One Solentian protester, interviewed by local media, expressed the anger felt by many:
"That Kalopian bitch, she said 'I want you to know that Kalopia stands with you,' but no one in Solentia wants those pigs here. She said 'we are not here as occupiers but as protectors,' but they have murdered thousands of Solentian civilians with their airstrikes. She is a liar; they must leave now."
Reports from international aid agencies have painted a grim picture of the human toll of the intervention. With only 50,000 Kalopian ground personnel deployed in a country of nearly 60 million people, the Kalopian military has relied heavily on airstrikes to target Jaysh Ahmadi and other extremist groups. While Kalopia has insisted these strikes are "targeted," hospitals and aid posts in Solentia are overwhelmed with wounded civilians, and fatalities are reportedly buried hastily according to Ahmadi rites.
The irony, as noted by Solentian commentators, is that the civil war was relatively localized before Kalopia’s intervention. Cities like Oda and Bianca saw the most fighting, while other areas experienced limited conflict. The Kalopian invasion, they argue, has dramatically escalated the scale of human suffering in Solentia.
A Growing Resistance
Adding to Kalopia’s challenges, resistance to its presence in Solentia is becoming increasingly organized. In July 5593, the Hezb-e Ahmadi political movement reached out to its former enemies in the Mutahad Kargar Gond (MKG) to form a united front against the Kalopian "invader." Offers of alliance have also been extended to the Abadi militias in northern Solentia and the newly formed Eastern Alliance. This emerging coalition, dubbed the "Ahmadi Union," represents a significant threat to Kalopia’s efforts to stabilize the region.
