I have been tasked with attending this conference for the Dual Republic of Narikaton and Darnussia in the place of President Robert Kommenda as well as Foreign Minister Matthijs Sleyster who both send their best regards to the attendees. First of all I'd like to thank our gracious host, the nation of Ikradon, we're excited for this opportunity to speak with our most valued partners from our shared magnificent continent.

On the topics that have been raised by our dundorfian brethren from Dorvik:

Narikaton and Darnussia, historicly has always supported pan-artanian projects but they have nontheless failed time and time again, so we hope you can excuse our scepticism. Additionally the point raised by our Hobrazian peers, the concession of certain sovereign rights to a security council or a parliament of some sort in times of mulitpolarity is a very sensitive topic. We're happy to listen, but as far as it goes, we do not want to make any guarantees on participation. If there were a proposal which would limit itself to risk-management and defensive security coordination without any further political integration we'd be more willing to contribute.

I agree with the proposal by Ikradon that there should be a security council to hash out disagreements between our countries. After all, we need something that should be between ourselves and the World Congress; otherwise, we will be throwing our concerns to an organization that is supposed to deal with the world's problems, not Artania's problems.

As for the joint defense idea, we are also in agreement. We think reliance on other states that aren't from Artania gives us a massive hole in our continental security that should be gapped. We shouldn't have to rely on Majatrans or Dovanians or Seleyans who want us to stay out yet want to meddle in our affairs. Otherwise, it would just be hypocrisy, which we have all tolerated for centuries. Perhaps this shouldn't be through the Artanian Union - we think the AU should be a purely economic alliance dealing with economic matters for now, lest we bloat this organization with too many responsibilities, which helped with its downfall long ago.

"This conference is unfunny joke.  We are preparing to depart.  Conference is becoming, what is word?  Xenophobic.  And Luthori has not yet spoken to conference.

"But, before we fly back to collect daughter from Kundrati to return home, if we can, we would like to speak on far more important topic: that being rocket.  Kalistan watches Beiteynu with interest, we believe you have expertise in area that we could benefit.  If possible, when we return home, we would like to ask if Kalistani can fly to Yishelem to begin conversation with Beiteynese scientists about rocket technology?  Launch facility and test facility established in Kalistan, and we wish to begin test in couple years.  Would you think Beiteynu would have interest in help to Kalistan?"

I will gladly represent the Federal Republic in this conference.

The Federal Republic of Dundorf supports any effort to continental cooperation, which we pursued jointly with Narikaton and Darnussia through our Pan-Dundorfian cultural programs and a regular diplomatic exchange with any other power, such as Dorvik, Luthori and Kundrati. We believe in the AU, but given the historical record around this organization, it would perhaps be wise to pursue a lighter organization structure, easier for our countries to manage through the time.

A point of order, the Artanian Union never failed because it was overly bureaucratic or bloated, it failed because the same nations here claiming to be for Artanian unity failed to engage with it for one reason or another. Artania is only as unified as those who are invested in its unity. It is easy for many of us to sit here and critique an organization that seldom had investment and instead had people making outrageous claims associated with it.

We've proposed a reformed Artanian Union with two structures: the Supreme Artanian Council, the highest body comprised of heads of state/government and the Artanian Parliament, a grouping of 70 democratically elected representatives to make the future of the Artanian Union. This Parliament and the Supreme Artanian Council could make all the necessary protections.

Nations are sovereign and regardless or irrespective if something is non-binding or binding, nations have sovereign imperative and as we've seen on Artania, they'll do as they please without consideration or consent from other nations if they feel its in their best interest. Being a component of the Artanian Union has, and never will prevent any sovereign imperative from happening, so let us halt that fantasy forthwith.

With respect to the "Security Council", what would be the point of the nations here with diverging goals and dreams of leadership constantly doing whatever they want either way? It'll be like a group of still developing children playing in the same play pen but ignoring each other because their developing minds having come to fully connect with shared play and associated play.

We thank everyone very much for their contribution so far. What i notice that even if their is a sort of disagreement about political bodies, we do all share a same sentiment, on how to secure the continent. Ikradon will always support anything that can bring more, better cooperation and unity. I would like to propose that we focus on that sentiment that we know we share and build on that for now, if so, Ikradon would like to go back to its original proposal about the security or defense proposal, the first base defense agreement, if you all have other proposals, I am eager to hear them. thank you
