Wiel deploys People's Navy to assist Xsampa

Secretary-General of the People's Council Nurem Rotrovesk has been in contact with Yishelem according to a press release published by the office of the Secretary-General. The head of government of the Soviet Republic reached out to Beiteynu to discuss the recent escalation in regards to the conflict between Xsampa and the Yeudish Kingdom. The communist nation of Xsampa, an ideology closely related to Worldburnerism, allegedly requested Wiel to assist in whatever way possible after the Beiteynuese set up a naval blockade, effectively locking Xsampa away from the world by sea. The talks however, according to the press release, were deemed unsuccessful. The current head of state of Beiteynu is the exiled monarch Wrntukai Banmek-Sntazed, who once reigned in Wiel as King Wrntukai XII and Emperor Wrntukai II. The former head of state retains his seat in Yishelem and, according to Beiteynuese law, holds significant power in the military structure due to reforms implemented by his late father Bunjamín. The exiled monarch allegedly insulted the Secretary-General and showed himself unwilling to negotiate, much to the dismay of the representatives of the Dual Monarchy. The situation ended in a stalemate according to the press release, where Beiteynu was unwilling to give an inch to Xsampa and Wrnuke's requests. Other sources allege that Wiel demanded a full retreat from the Beiteynuese blockade, with a willingness to settle on a corridor where ships of the Soviet Republic could travel through - whatever actually transpired may remain a mystery forever but the results are clear as at the end of the press release the Secretary-General announced that Wrnuke would deploy several naval detachments.

The two carrier fleets of the nation, headed by the Jelb'koékaiék Jajohydwas Támnr (People's Ship 'Glory', often shortened to JJ Támnr) and the JJ Rímsa (Justice). The two aircraft carriers are state of the art models inherited from the Kingdom of Wrnuke, they were once named Konz Kezkai V-class vessels, but have been renamed to Seikfrojkai-class in honour of the Worldburner. These two fleets have been deployed to confront the Beiteynuese fleets in an attempt to force open the blockade. A separate submarine detachment with ballistic missile submarines has also been deployed near the Western coast of Beiteynu, to thwart any further deployments to the South. The nations of Narikaton & Darnussia, Pontesi and Beiteynu are all likely to respond in equal measure though for now the leadership of Xsampa is thankful for the efforts of the Jelbic People's of the Soviet Republic for their assistance.

Pecnék proposes new "Pet" Law

Green Scourge ideologists led by Pecnék himself have recently made headlines by pushing a new animal-welfare law toward the eyes of the public. The Party-Chairman presented the gist of it at a press-conference at a horse park formerly owned by the royal family and now used as a museum of sorts. The proposal plans on implementing the need to register any and all pets, it is supposed to serve as a framework for the future implementation of Worldburnerist cultural policies regarding the necessary cutting of ties with the way-too present horse. While Pecnék himself is rumored to have very special relations with the animals he rejected these notions; "What the hell? No way. I love animals, I mean.. I could never do something like this. These proposals are the perfect example for my commitment toward animal welfare and exercizing reactionary practices by pre-worldburner societes from our glorious republic." His comments caused some standing ovations among the more loyalist of the press and some odd looks from formerly 'independent' magazines. According to our internal research these magazines are not to be taken seriously after all they love monarchism and are traitorous in nature. In any case, the future shines bright on the Green Scourge and for the animals being freed of reactionary enslavement.

Worldburnerist Enlightenment takes over Jelbosphere

Two victorious wrestlers from the WJZR's Worldburnerist Committee for Jelbic Wrestling after defeating two traditionalists.

Worldburnerism is taking over the Jelbosphere at a rapid speed, the burning flame of progress cannot be stopped. When news reached Wrnuke that Generalissimo Vrnkrt had crushed the H'án's forces in Jelbe celebrations broke out across the nation. People cheered for their Jelbic brothers in Jelbe, who now would be free at last. Though a full victory has not yet been secured the capturing of the H'án and the destruction of his main force has left the path wide open for the Jelbék Worldburners under Aldrkai Vrnkrt. The development has stunned the international community, who have been working hard to discredit and destroy the progress of Worldburnerism. Now the march forwards of the greatest Jelbic ideology can no longer be denied, as soon Jelbe will also join the flock of Enlightened Jelbics. Leader Hukrskez'lkjo of the Soviet Republic has applauded the development himself too, stating that soon "the entire Jelbosphere will be as free as we are." For the past few unstable years the border regions near Wrnuke were already under the control of local Jelbék Worldburners, with representatives of the WJZR often travelling to small villages in Jelbe to preach about Worldburnerist ideals. The traditionalists still in these villages were challenged by Wrnuke's "Political Education Officers" on several subjects, though after action reports later noted that engaging them in debate often had little result. 

As such a new initiative was started, if traditionalists cannot see through reason they must see through action was the thought behind the establishment of the Worldburnerist Committee for Jelbic Wrestling. Every tribe in the Jelbic culture engages in wrestling, with tribes often competing against each other during large summer festivals. The art of Jelbic wrestling is an ancient tradition dating back to the beginning of Jelbic settlement of Majatra. Even today it is a revered sport in the Jelbosphere, though the Bloodless Revolution and subsequent Worldburnerist ideology of the Soviet Republic saw it being dismissed as a "reactionary activity" by the anti-traditionalist elements. This changed with the WCJW, who recruited talented experienced former wrestlers and personal trainers to train the next generation of Jelbic wrestlers that represent the superiority of Worldburnerism. Strong youths were found all across Wrnuke and given years of specialised training. Now the wrestlers of the WCJW travel across Jelbe's border region to challenge local wrestlers. So far they stand undefeated, having already wrestled twenty-eight matches against seasoned Jelbék wrestlers. The results have stunned local referees who praise the WCJW wrestlers for their technique but mostly their "extreme strength and endurance" and claiming they have never seen such "vigour" in Jelbic wrestling. Some reactionary traditionalists have accused the WCJW of doping, though a spokesperson has vehemently denied this.

Today, on the 10th of October 5599, the Second Politburo of the free, democratic and staunchly Worldburnerist Jelbic People's Soviet Republic of Wrnuke, or the Wrnukaék Jelb'koékaié Zemosrné Rekvakns, has held an emergency meeting after the news of the crime against humanity enacted by Beiteynu on the innocent republic of Xsampa reached the capital of Worldburnerism.

During this meeting the previous warnings to Beiteynu were discussed, as well as the value of Xsampa's dear friendship to the prime Worldburnerist state. At the conclusion of this meeting the Second Politburo voted unanimously to declare war on the Kingdom of Beiteynu.

The victims of the nuclear holocaust enacted by Beiteynu will be avenged, in name of democracy and the Worldburner. An order of full mobilisation has been enacted as the WJZR prepares for a full invasion of Beiteynu, meanwhile active elemnts of the People's Naval Forces have begun striking Beiteynuese targets. An ultimatum demanding the unconditional surrender of Beiteynu has been sent.

Rishon Le Hofesh surrenders after port strike and naval losses

The aftermath in the port of the Beiteynuese city of Rishon Le Hofesh after Wrnuke's submarines unleashed a barrage of missiles.

Xsampa called for aid and Wrnuke gave it, with the Second Politburo eager to avoid war Xsampan mercantile vessels were escorted past the hostile fleets of the reactionaries and monarchists. In a recent escalation the primary fleet of the WJZR used its anti-air capabilities to shoot down several ICBM's flying to Xsampa. Negotiations were ongoing and the Politburo seemed hopeful that a resolution could be reached. This all changed when a well-coordinated counter-strike of the Xsampan navy decimated a Beiteynuese carrier strike group. The move pushed Yishelem to an act of great desperation by launching a nuclear ICBM on the Xsampan capital city of Metz-Leonid. The Second Politburo held an emergency meeting as soon as the news reached Wiel and the conclusion was quickly made: this action could not be ignored. A red line had been given to Beiteynu, it had been crossed once already but the nuclear attack was such an escalation that only one answer satisfied the Politburo. The declaration of war was issued the same day. The next hour every major city, or Nisrad, in Beiteynu received an ultimatum for unconditional surrender. Some did not reply, others attempted to continue negotiations as before. Yishelem unilaterally rejected the terms of the ultimatum as the only Nisrad, critics of the monarchy were quick to blame exiled King Wrntukai though sources claim he has little involvement in the current process. This all changed as the People's Naval Forces began their revenge for the nuclear holocaust.

The I. and II. Jelb'koékaiék Vlótzgrsho (1st and 2nd People's Fleets) were set on high alert and told to engage any and all Beiteynuese vessels. The two carrier groups linked up and formed a deadly formation that initially only picked off several smaller detached vessels sailing under the flag of Beiteynu. This was until they encountered the Hofesh Fleet on the western coast of Beiteynu, discovered through coordinates transmitted from the submarine flotilla VII. Jelb'koékaiék Kshivlótzgrsho (7nd Small Naval Detachment). There is yet to be an official after action report to be published but initial reports state that the carrier groups caught the Hofesh Fleet by surprise. The WJZR mourns the loss of two frigates and eight of its Z-35 fighter jets. The Beiteynuese Hofesh Fleet has far greater losses, with its intitial numbers of twenty warships being diminished greatly before it retreated in a panic. An official count has yet to be released but estimates are that the Beiteynuese lost half of the ships in the Hofesh Fleet. Comrade Admiral Frjsrl has spoken of a "great and justified victory for Xsampa and the WJZR". In the meantime the submarine flotilla went to the port city of Rishon Le Hofesh and launched a strike of dozens of advanced cruise missiles on the infrastructure of the city. Mainly the port, railways, and depots for fuel and ammunition were struck. The attack was intended to cripple the city out of any plans to continue this war. The city of Rishon Le Hofesh surrendered to Wiel only hours after the attack. Secretary-General Rotrovesk has pledged the attacks will not cease on other cities until "all of Beiteynu surrenders". Wiel intends to convict all those involved in the nuclear strike for crimes against humanity in a Worldburnerist court after the conflict.

Microchip implants now mandatory for all animals

A major step for Worldburnerism has been achieved within the Jelbic People's Soviet Republic of Wrnuke. Since January 1st it has become mandatory to microchip all owned animals, finally concluding years of debate, protests, and lobbying. The proposal is a joint endeavour between the two ruling parties, the Heirs of the Worldburner and the Green Scourge, who through their Worldburnerist beliefs are seeking to further progress the Jelbic society of Wrnuke. The bond between the horse and the traditional Jelbic cannot be underestimated, as for most Jelbics the word for horse is jezhrjebrnfi or 'most important brother'. This praising name all stems from the symbiotic relationship the Jelbics and their horses once had, one that for most modern Jelbics is a relationship left in history. For the traditionalists that still live in the steppes and deserts of Wrnuke it still very much rings true, and that is something the Worldburnerists want to change. The state has swapped to using fers for horse, a word that has its root in Majatran and has no other meaning than the animal. This already led to some protests amidst traditionalist circles, who argued it should not be the job of the state to redefine the Jelbic language. The government however seems to disagree, with a spokesperson even stating that "Worldburnerism goes beyond any traditional divide, border, limit, it is the everlasting effort to propel our people into modernity and greatness."

A part of this larger step towards modernity is as such placing microchip implants in all pets and owned animals. The groundwork of the proposal was laid by the leader of the Green Scourge, Murad Pecnék. Under his guidance the policy makers of the eco-progressionists drafted a law for animal registration. The framework was later expanded to also include microchipping, to assure proper registration. The Committee for Horse, Pet & Animal will be responsible for travelling across rural areas to check if all horses and pets are microchipped. Experts on traditionalist living are expecting resistance to this endeavour, stating that the microchipping of horses can be interpreted as a way of the government to follow the movements of the steppe tribes. The Committee and the Politburo both deny this, stating it is purely to assure the welfare of the animals. They did however state that there will be further measures to decrease the dependency of rural citizens on horses, as this does not fit within the larger view of Worldburnerism. "A job done by a horse can be done far better by a machine or by man itself, this is a proven fact, we will mechanise and modernise the steppes and assure that the horses are no longer perverted 'brothers' or living machines but instead get a dignified living as the animals they deserve," said spokesperson Shmíl Lahm of the Committee. Several local Beks have allegedly stated they will refuse to cooperate with all these initiatives.

Green Scourge hosts Worldburner Festival

Wiel; Under the guiding hand of Green Scourge officials, the cabinet has agreed on organizing a festival for the common citizen and the working man of Wrnuke to enjoy. Full with modern game stands, untraditional food stalls and fully without horse. The first visitors clearly were not disappointed when they saw staffolding and the other parts of the temporary event infrastructure red-clad and decorated with the finest symbolism the People’s Soviet Republic had to offer. Head Coordination was shared between Murad Pecnék and his wife Ershebéf, they were both present for the whole five days of bread and games. Unreasonable voices have stated that this event is the government covertly trying to ease the people’s feelings on the war against Beiteynu and the harsh reforms on some of the most fundamental pillars of Jelbic culture. “To these people I say, SHAME!” – Murad Pecnék as he was eating red and green painted icecream. He continued to explain that this event is just a celebration of the success of the people’s revolution. His justifications continued as he adamantly showed us people enjoying themselves.

After enjoying a whole day under the close watch of Green Scourge Party Aparatschicks we were swiftly rushed to the main program point of the day, the Fireworks at dawn. While the sight was beautiful and the people were seemingly were entranced by the monumental display of the People’s Firepower some party members which had minor roles in the organizational effort of the festival have approached us to air some frustration they had. According to them this is not going to take the wind out of the sails of the currently popularizing “People’s Society for the Moderation on Cultural Reform.” For our readers: This society is a grouping of various party-members who’re sympathizing with reactionary rhetorics, these misguided ones are seeking to disrupt our progress. Thankfully Ershebéf saved us from talking to these lunatics and we enjoyed the rest of the event uninterrupted. Glory to the People’s Soviet Republic of Wrnuke!
