The final format of the Migrant Accords will be as follows:

This treaty represents a framework of commercial, intelligence and military cooperation in the Migrant's Pass, between signatories to be deemed as direct members and observers, under the auspices of the 3rd Point Federation.

By ratification, Beiteynu, Malivia, Narikaton & Darnussia, Pontesi and Selucia, deemed as direct members:

(A1) RECOGNISE each other's sovereignty and right to self-determination,

(A2) RECOGNISE the security of the Migrant's Pass as absolutely integral to that sovereignty and

(A3) RECOGNISE further signatory states respecting the provisos outlined below as vital partners in the enforcement of that security; thus

(A4) AGREE to form the 3rd Point Federation,

(A5) AGREE to maintain unhindered military and intelligence partnerships under the scope of this treaty,

(A5) AGREE to dedicate a minimum of one fleet to the 3rd Point Federation (3rd Point Base),

(A6) AGREE to enforce a permanent DMZ (Demilitarised Zone) in the Migrant's Pass for non-ratifiers of this treaty and

(A7) AGREE to immediately deter and attack anyone threatening or violating this treaty.

Noting the nodding agreement of the representatives from Bannerhafen and Melikvan, the Migrant Accords will thus begin to take effect as of 5570, with a goal to complete the transition by 5590.

The Homeland State of Beiteynu will be reaching out to the Jelbic Empire and signatories of the MSCO and JAMS, with the latter to be deemed defunct - we will reach out to the Beiteynuese representative in the MSCO to pass a relevant mandate.

We suggest that Narikaton and Darnussia also reach out to Lodamun in an effort to put the ongoing Beiteynuese-Lodamese animosity insofar as the latter's military presence in the 3PF's region is concerned to bed.

We have received word from a representative from Kensington that the Lodamese Government will be sharing and coordinating intelligence and military operations with the 3rd Point Federation as per the Migrant Accords, following their planned deployment of forces in Malivia.

As much as it pains those pesky Beiteynuese militarists from Himmelshtern, the Yeudi Homeland expresses no objections.
