Hey, Kubrick has called me to help out on his fun little project in the Jelbosphere, together with Mbites and Pragma. Since I haven't ever played there, and have been missing out on some multi-party RP, I would like to apply for a second account in Vanuku, for a crazy "Ba'athism-like, elitist and pro-technology/AI inclusion in government processes" party, or something along the lines.

Also, I will be relinquishing my control over Noumonde, just to give heads up.

The proposed revived party is Metzist but favors legislating the reforms and benefits by democratically elected participants in the existing system not by seizing control of entire state.  Likely it would be between existing parties on left to right scale.
 
My main interests would be in reviving State Farms as part of economy, getting Triboronexport running again, salvaging some of anti submarine defenses, continuing electrification in the cold areas to remote fishing villages, and saving the endangered hairy Arctic ponies, the Severnaya Poni.
 
As a matter of full disclosure, I opposed two innovations applied to Trigunia some time ago.  I lost on both changes and promise not to try and revisit those issues to alter decisions already long made.

I would like to request a second account to support ongoing RP.

I'd like to reactive RP in Jakania with an authorised second account. Jakania has been suspended in a state of civil conflict since the 5540's but has left the country in a state of anarchy or "Jelbisation". My intent would be to have Ahmadi State reinvigorated in Jakania where they had previously been defeated in 5542, and have them seize control of land in the morally corrupt and failing "states" of West and East Turjakistan and cause general chaos, adding to the instability in the region.

I know the MODs don't usually allow a player to use parties in close geographical proximity, so

• I would RP until a new party was started, with the aim of allowing that new party to guide RP in Jakania.
  
• Ahmadi State would not successfully take over state apparatus in Jakania (unless allowed...)
  
• Ahmadi State would not link up with Hezb-e Ahmadi in Solentia to form a super-state
  

If I violate the above conditions you'd be free to inactivate my second account for screwing the game.

For many years now, we have been two parties in Kalopia, and from time to time players enter who only register and do not do any activity (and are deleted by the moderation after 4 days).
We have also had a third party called Fydem, which whenever it returns to the game is welcome.
We have made fantastic PR, especially in the economy, and we have approved the Constitution and many accompanying laws.
The entry of inactive parties is only disrupting the electoral order.
