Selucia is an island nation considered part of the continent of Majatra, with a culture based on that of Ancient Rome, primarily the Roman Republic, with heavy influences from Renaissance Italy, some aspects of Classical Greece, and a touch of modern Italian, Iberian, and French influence, particularly on the three Selucian islands, Oleria, Sadaria, and Aquilonia, respectively. Latin is the main language, and most characters should have Roman names, with smaller numbers of Phoenician, Indian, Middle Eastern, and North African or other names.
