Xsampa backs Istalian withdrawal from MSCO; Demands Beitenyu to be realistic and let Istalia go.

The imperialist fascists in Beitenyu know no bounds! Our comrades in Istalia has sought the desire of Self-Determination and freedom from imperialist tendrils. This is something reasonable that any nation should support and endorse. However the bourgeois fascists in Beitenyu have different views. They have done whatever they can to try and stop Istalia from leaving their imperialistic sphere of influence. This crime cannot stand. The People's Committee of Foreign Affairs has released a formal statement, firmly standing behind Istalia's decision to withdraw from the MSCO, and demanding that Beitenyu respect the sovereignty of Istalia.

It is recognized that every state maintains it's own right to pursue its own interests, and protect its own interests. However, no state holds the right to subjugate and enslave another state. This is something Beitenyu has failed to understand, and in trying to deny Istalia the choice to leave MSCO, and meddle within the nations own internal affairs, Beitenyu has disrespected and violated the sacrosanct sovereignty of another nation. Let it be known that the Democratic Republic of Xsampa stands firmly with Istalia, now and in the future. It is demanded that Beitenyu back down, formally apologize for the violation of Istalian sovereignty, and back down.

As such, our comrades in Istalia need all the help they can get from the fascistic Beitenyu government. And we will help our comrades. We will not let the tendrils of imperialism strangle Istalia. We will support our comrades and protect the Istalian revolution from fascism and imperialism. Should Beitenyu not back down, Xsampa will do what is necessary to defend and protect our comrades. No matter the cost.

Consider this an unofficial warning to Beitenyu. Any threats to Istalia will be treated as a threat to Xsampa. The revolution will not be trampled, and if Beitenyu actually cares for its own people, it will not risk yet another humiliating defeat in what is already a novels worth of defeats. 

Comrades! We must stand ready for any possibility. Beitenyu will do whatever it can to destabilize and threaten the Proletariat, both at home and abroad. We must stand firm and united. We must face these threats head on, and support our allies where available. We will show Beitenyu that the power of the Proletariat united cannot ever be defeated.

Green Experiment deemed successful in the North; Limited expansions to begin on green energy Infrastructure.

The green experiment in the North has yielded positive results. Results that have allowed the People's Committee of Energy Development to encourage more limited expansions across the country. The biggest expansion of green energy has been in Gramdkarpo, taking advantage of its coastal position to use solar panels and wind turbines. The ultimate goal is to provide clean sustainable energy for Xsampan cities. As such, these limited expansions have largely focused on cities instead, allowing more rural communities to focus more on natural gas for energy. Irregardless, the transition to a sustainable energy network will certainly take a while, it is possible. The only thing limiting a major push towards a green revolution is cost. As such, this will force a slow but steady transition, and at the very least can ensure Xsampan cities are green. 

Regardless of that, a sustainable energy network will not only provide cleaner air and water in the end, but allow for Xsampans to enjoy the greatest treasure Xsampa has; her natural wonders. Whether it's the forests of the South or the mountains of the North, every Xsampan deserves the right to see these natural beauties without pollution or restriction. As such, the People's Committee of Environmental Protection has taken a strong interest in working with the PCED and ensuring that the Xsampan environment is also protected in the process. However, if there is another benefit to going green, it's that every single Xsampan can take pride in this effort. Unlike the fascist state of Beiteynu, Xsampa has shown care for the environment and self sustainability. Unlike Beiteynu, which is only capable of idleness and embracing the concept of unproductivity, our great nation is making strides towards the society of tomorrow. Every Xsampan can take pride in that Xsampa has, yet again moral superiority over the pitiful state.

Irregardless of that, cities such as Gramdkarpo will be among the first to benefit from clean energy, as efforts are being enacted to construct solar and wind turbines in unused land. Whether these cities are powered with solar, wind or even hydro in select cases, all these cities will benefit immensely from this stride forward. Comrade Pakshi has endorsed future green efforts, and has shown an increasing interest in sustainable practices. As such, we can expect future development towards a golden future of tomorrow in the coming months.

Xsampa denounces Beiteynu military operations in Artania; Lodamun to blame for reviving militaristic imperialism.

It would seem old trends are returning. Old fashion styles, old food, old imperialist methods. Yishelem and Lodamun, evidently are two children spiteful towards each other in a sandbox. When one child usurps the other child, they follow suite to try to one up. As Lodamun looks to terrorize Malivia, Yishelem has followed suite in terrorizing Hobrazia, looking to present it as a stabilizing force. Truly, the Artanian Proletariat will be stable and free under a nation choking on its own overconsumption of hummus. Let it be known that Xsampa fervently opposes and denounces these imperialist efforts by social fascists to enslave nations. 

Lodamun, once a thriving nation has succumbed to the temptation of imperialism, and has chosen to pillage Malivia. What was once a responsible nation has (d)evolved into what amounts to a land of failure, imperialism and tyranny. What ever happened to the enlightened Lodamun? The pragmatic mature Lodamun that helped the Proletariat and stood in stark contrast to Yishelem. Is that Lodamun forever gone? Replaced by this new imperialist Lodamun, determined to colonize Artania and pillage it? It would seem so comrades, and we must recognize that the old Lodamun that had helped us is no more. Mangled and perverted by the temptations of imperialism.

Whilst Lodamun revived this old trend, Yishelem is all but intent on restoring it as a modern trend. Fitting for a nation so backwards in that its ideals that it considers hummus something beyond an abomination of creation. The imperialist fascists in Yishelem have shown time and time again, they will not rest until the world is either dead or enslaved to their will. Yet time again, we must be the first to oppose imperialism from Yishelem, and in this case from Lodamun. We all remember the dark days when Yishelem acted as the Boogeyman of Artania. Allowing this mistake of an action to occur will only restore those dark days. The mistakes of the past exist bad enough in the form of Beitenyu, the world does not need another mistake in imperialism again.

Xsampa calls for both nations to withdrawal, for the betterment of world peace and anti-imperialism. At the very least, Lodamun must prove it is not lost and have some dignity. Beitenyu, this is par for the course. Lodamun must not become the Beiteynu of Seleya. We are urging our comrades in Lodamun to resist imperialism and restore what was taken away. The current government has shown itself incapable of protecting the needs of the people. It has fallen to the whims of imperialism. The Lodamunese cannot stand for this crime. They must reject their government becoming akin to Beitenyu. Hobrazia and Malivia must not be victims to what amounts to a measuring contest. Our expectations for Lodamun were higher, and they seemed to be an ally united against Yishelem. Perhaps now, they were a ploy to support Yishelem. Perhaps Lodamun is misguided. Or perhaps Lodamun has failed. Relegated to being Luthori in past centuries, a nation slowly dying, begging for relevancy and resorting to outlandish imperialistic methods to achieve that ever so desired relevance. Perhaps this is the final dying breathe of a failing nation. Should Lodamun withdrawal, Lodamun may yet be saved. Our expectations for Beitenyu are already as low as they can be. But if Beitenyu can suddenly become literate enough to understand consequences, we can at least take comfort in knowing Yishelem can back down.

Xsampa purchases high speed trains from Dundorf and Lourenne; Modernizations to come to the Xsampan Rail Network.

The Xsampan Rail Network remains the pride of Xsampan public transportation. It allows Xsampans to get across the country easily. However, it relies on trains that are arguably outdated. Now however, thanks to the graciousness of our comrades in Lourenne and Dundorf, they have provided high speed trains for the Xsampan Rail Network. However, while the price tag is rather expensive, with a loan towards Dundorf being authorized, of 50 million (of which, it will be paid off one million per year for 50 years.) which will allow Xsampa to purchase 3 high speed trains from Dundorf, and 2 from Lourenne. While it will be rather expensive, the benefits of it will drastically help increase commerce and travel times for all lines connected to the Rail Network.

As such, these new high speed rails will drastically cut down travel time, allowing for leisure and recreational travel to be even more viable for Xsampans. Whether it be going from Metz-Leonid to Bajoum or to Gramdkarpo even. Speaking of Gramdkarpo, the city will benefit immensely from being able to easily export goods in an even quicker fashion across the country as these trains will drastically help improve gains for commerce and local economies. Ultimately this will raise quality of living as travel times are cut, and help local economies as again,travel times for goods are cut. Xsampans will be able to go across the country easily, with no fee (unlike other capitalistic countries which exploit everything for wealth).

This transition, while limited will still help immensely towards building an eternal golden future, a society of tomorrow. Modernizing the Xsampan Rail Network will be costly, but worth it. Xsampans will see new growth in these changes. Whether it be traveling for leisure or vacation, or foreign tourists, there is no limit to who will benefit from this endeavour. As the world heats up, and Xsampa involves itself in foreign endeavours, it is always good to know that the Party has not forgotten about home, and is always looking to improve home, and make it as best as it can be for all Xsampans.

Reviewing Xsampan Education and where to apply reforms; What else can be done?

Xsampan Education is something heavily supported by the government, often being a high priority issue for the government. While Xsampan education has been capable of producing capable students for decades now, there is always room to improve a system anywhere. But first dear comrade, we must review Xsampan Education first before we can understand where reforms can be applied.

As such, Xsampan education can best define itself by these 3 terms, "socialism", "student well-being" and "shared prosperity". Unlike the hellish conditions students may face in other countries, where they are exploited, Xsampan education is focused on the well-being of students. An unhappy exhausted tired student cannot produce any marvels compared to a happy, ready student. This prevents burnout, loathing of education and dread in students, and ensures students value and enjoy education. The second term, socialism. What kind of Proletarian state would we be if we did not teach the works of Metz and Leonid to Xsampans? If we do not teach the revolutionary struggle of women, racial, sexual and all minorities, are we no better than reactionaries? Xsampan students must always know that the Revolution fights not just for the liberation of a specific people, but of everyone, irregardless of identity, race, gender, religion, anything. This ensures a new generation confident, and ready to defend and expand Xsampan Socialism, preserving the Revolution, and ensuring all Xsampans share prosperity. Which leads to the final term, shared prosperity. As stated, Xsampan Education is highly focused on equity, looking to ensure every Xsampan has an equitable opportunity to thrive. The betterment of all Xsampans is a prosperity shared, not just for the nation but for communities.

Alongside that, Xsampan Education has taken a careful approach to ensure that teachers are supported as well. The ideal Proletarian, helping their community, and the future selflessly. Classes are kept small, educational assistants are available to assist teachers and students, and the rights of teachers are kept in high regard. Yet, one major aspect to remember is those often forgotten. Xsampans with disabilities. The education system takes special care for these Xsampans, looking to give them an equitable opportunity, to ensure they can thrive alongside their peers and provide support for whenever they need it. 

So where can improvements be made? The first step is arguably preparing for an international society. Canrillaise is offered to students and while it's not mandatory, it is highly encouraged due to the relationship between Xsampa and Lourenne, alongside the prestige Canrillaise has, despite it's past. However, this may not be enough. As we look towards a new future with all comrades, it may be time to make learning a secondary language mandatory to ensure all Xsampans can thrive. However, the question is, what language should the youth learn? The answer, is to look towards our allies states. Dundorf and SAUS. So, alongside Canrillaise being offered, Dundorfian and Luthorian will be offered, to ensure a more cooperative future with our allies. However, a third option lay available; Indralan. Due to the Yingdala having had a major presence in Southern Dovani in the past, it can be quite helpful for future Xsampans, and especially should Yingdala ever awake from its slumber.

But these are only one case of reforms, and more can always be done. Particularly in higher education. While colleges and universities are essentially mandatory on paper, due to strong encouragements from the government (such as increased welfare support and such), there has been a slow but steady increase in participation with higher education. However, the question of opening up Xsampans colleges to foreigners has always been tossed around in the People's Committee of Education, and it's come up once again. While it does run the risk of allowing counterrevolutionary activity to slip into the nation, it will also provide new benefits and horizons, not just for Xsampans but for those wanting to escape the anguish of capitalism. As such, foreign students will be allowed to temporarily reside in Xsampa to attend universities and colleges within Xsampa. This will be opened to states that are not hostile to Xsampa of course. Alongside that, these foreign exchange students will be allowed to stay for the duration of their studies and be treated as equals. 

These reforms may seem minor, but they are hoped to have a solid impact on Xsampan Education, and create New opportunities for all. Whether it be planting the seeds for a future generation, or supporting Xsampa in the now, education will always need to be a priority, and it will never be treated as anything less than a priority. Education paves the future, and what is socialism, if not looking towards a better future?

Friendship Yaks utilized once more; Foreign Affairs specifies that these yaks must be treated with special care by foreign nations.

Friendship yaks have been a wonderful instrument in promoting diplomacy, friendship and joy with allied states, even with those that have a complicated relationship with Xsampa. It seems they will have yet another opportunity to be utilized. As they are highly valued, and lovely creatures, the People's Committee of Foreign Affairs is very careful about where they go, and which nations they may enter. While they may never enter a hellhole like Beiteynu (they may be forced to choke on hummus), they have been used elsewhere to cool tensions, such as in Fort William. 

Yet since the last time they were utilized, Xsampa has received new allies. Our comrades in Baltusia have made it no secret that they yearn to host friendship yaks. And now, what better time is there to repay them for their kindness in supporting the defense of the Revolution? As such, Friendship Yaks shall be sent to San Luis, where we are certain they will be cherished and valued amongst our Baltusian comrades. Alongside these yaks, there will be professional handlers to ensure that our cherished yaks are cared for, and can show our Baltusian comrades how to handle and love yaks. 

With friendship yaks being used once again, they shall be a cornerstone of Xsampan diplomacy with allied states. However, the PCFA has stated that special care must be taken, and that caretakers must listen to the handlers. The last thing anyone wants is a yak getting harmed and immediately having that nation be blacklisted. These yaks are special, and represent great ideals. Any harm to them is a grave insult. But cherishing them, and loving these yaks, and you have a way into the heart of Xsampa. However, the PCFA has stated that hostile states are under a permanent blacklist for ever receiving friendship yaks. Naturally, this is expected as our enemies are inhumane and would dare to hurt innocent defenseless creatures. 

Irregardless, as friendship yaks are once again utilized, the People's Committee of Foreign Affairs is preparing for another diplomatic offensive with yaks and sending them to allied states that either require more, or do not already have friendship yaks. Whether they will be used beyond Baltusia or not is yet to be seen, but at the very least, San Luis will be pleased to finally receive what they are owed.

Support for Southern Lumber begins; The beginning of a new industry in Xsampa.

The tides of progress never cease comrades. The push for a better Xsampa is always there, and Comrade Pakshi has looked to continue the growth of Xsampa. The best way to do so is supporting the economy. Or rather, expanding it. Providing new jobs, new opportunities. To that end, the previously minor lumber industry in Southern Xsampa has been given support to thrive on a national level. While it will take time, for the time being, the South will reap the benefits immensely. As logging camps are being established across Southern Xsampa, the domestic production of lumber on a major scale will provide many benefits, and reduce the reliance on foreign trade for lumber. 

Irregardless of that, environmental regulations will ensure that any and all logging camps ensure replantation of trees at a sustainable level. This will ultimately reduce production, but it is an acceptable loss if it means ensuring an environment for future generations. Whether it be furniture, bettering how construction is handled, parks or even production of minor boats (as minor as wooden boats can go), new economic opportunities are likely to be available to all Xsampans, and new spending opportunities for those at home. 

As a new industry roars to life, the Xsampan economy can expect benefits, but most importantly, we can see domestic production of quality goods (as aforementioned) for Xsampans, and aspire to continue raising living standards. Alongside new employment opportunities for Xsampans yearning for something new, the lumber industry will be major development for the South. Alongside that, it will also allow for a new asset in trading.

General-Secretary Pakshi visits Kundrati; Relations between Kasaema and Metz-Leonid expected to improve.

Unexpected things always happen in the most unexpected of ways. For the first time since the foundation of the Democratic Republic, a Xsampan state leader has stepped foot on Artanian soil. Comrade Pakshi has gone to Kasaema, and met with the President of the Kundrati Union, Christian Åkerlund Mnesilochus Santoro. While the two nations have enjoyed cordial relations, and minor trading, this is a major step in improving relations between the two. With Comrade Pakshi visiting the Kundrati Union, and meeting with President Santoro, the visit has shown Kundrati to be a wonderful nation, and perhaps even an allied state.

While allied states are limited in Artania, friends are always valuable to have, and Kundrati can be a great friend for the Xsampan people. This successful visit can pave the way forward for closer ties, cooperation in both terms of technology and military, and ensure a brighter future for both nations. This can also see an expansion of trade, and generally foster closer ties. But for now, this is a wonderful step in creating goodwill and fostering closer relations. 

Ultimately, it is hoped that this can be one of many events to grow Kundrati and Xsampa closer as friends, and even allies. There is potential for a friendship between Xsampa and Kundrati, and it is likely to happen with how relations are currently looking. Irregardless, as Comrade Pakshi returns to Metz-Leonid, we can only give our best wishes to our comrades in Kundrati, as their Union is eternal, we hope for an eternal friendship between peoples.
